This is an informal, friendly and hopefully useful discussion forum about cigars. Friends of this site are so consumed with hatred of these foul and evil things that we have dedicated ourselves to destroying as many of them as possible. One at a time. By fire.

This blog is completely unaffiliated with any commercial enterprise. So the opinions you read here are entirely without prejudice. And quite probably without the slightest bit of merit. We in no way want to discourage the manufacturers of cigars worldwide from showering us with their products to review. To emphasize our capacity for objectivity, let me say that the more cigars we receive, I can almost guarantee the more positive the review will be.

This blog is open to all who enjoy the pleasure of a good cigar. We welcome all comments but will not tolerate rudeness or had behavior. Profanity is forbidden. Of course it is practically impossible to forbid double entendre from cropping up in a blog about cigars. In a coarsening world this is a civilized hobby for civilized gentlemen — and ladies.

All ideas are welcome here. But we will not tolerate opinions more than trivially divergent from or own — or opinions that require anything more that the slightest mental effort to refute. So be warned!

With that said, anybody smoked a good cigar lately?
